Deleting your data
abcsites.ai
Updated 23 September 2026
This page is for anyone who has sent a message to one of the abcsites.ai Pages on Facebook. It says what we keep from that conversation and how to have all of it deleted. Everything else we hold is covered by our Privacy Policy.
1. What we keep when you message our Page
- Your Page-scoped ID. Facebook gives us a number that stands for you on our Page only. It is not your name, and it does not work on any other Page or app.
- The messages you sent us, and the time you sent each one.
- Our replies to you, and when we sent them.
- Anything you chose to tell us in the chat, such as your email address or the name of your business.
We do not get your friends list, your posts or your photos. The permissions we asked Facebook for do not include them.
2. How to ask us to delete it
Either of these works. You do not need to give a reason.
- Email help@abcsites.ai with the subject Delete my data. Tell us which of our Pages you messaged, so we can find the conversation.
- Message the Page you talked to and send the word delete.
3. What we delete, and how fast
Within 30 days of your request we delete your Page-scoped ID, every message you sent us, our replies, and anything you told us in the chat, including your email address. That is the same 30 days our Privacy Policy sets for every deletion request.
One exception, and only if you ask for it. If you also tell us to stop contacting you, we keep a single record so that we never contact you again. The Privacy Policy (section 2) explains why, and how to have that record erased too.
Facebook keeps its own copy of the conversation in Messenger. That copy is Facebook's, not ours; you can delete it from your side in Messenger at any time.
4. We confirm by email
When the deletion is done, we email you to say so. If you asked through Messenger and we do not have an email address for you, we ask for one in that conversation so we have somewhere to send the confirmation. Once the confirmation is sent, we delete that address as well.
