These terms are written to be read. Where a clause could be phrased in a way that favours us or a way that is clear, it is phrased to be clear. They are long because there are several plans and each has its own rules: the headings tell you where to look. Sections 2 and 3 say what you get and what it costs. Sections 5 and 6 say what we promise and how renewal works, and section 7 says how to leave.

1. What you are buying

A website — designed, built, hosted and looked after — and, if you want them, plans that keep your website changing as your business changes and post for your business on social media.

We build your website before your call and show it to you on the call. It is a custom five-page website: Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact. If it is not finished by the time of the call, we show you what we have and finish it as soon as we can. While the free website round is open (section 3), the website is free: there is no build fee. Section 3 says what the free website is, how the round works, and what changes after it.

Some plans have a one-time launch fee. A launch fee is not a build fee. It is charged only on the plans that say so (section 3, "The launch fee"), it is shown to you before you pay it, and it is never charged for the free website.

2. See it first, then choose

We build your custom website before your call, from your logo and photos, your Google business listing and your answers in the Studio. On the call we show it to you. You can look at it without paying. If you do not want a plan, you pay nothing, and you can keep the free website on the terms in section 3.

If you want more, you choose a paid plan, and we show you the price, what is charged today and how it renews before you pay. You can stay on the free website, which does not need a card, or you can pick a paid plan and add a card. What happens next depends on which you choose:

Site, Business System and Growth System: 7 free days

This part is about the Site, Business System and Growth System plans only. Monthly plans start with 7 free days. We remind you 2 days before the first charge. Cancel before day 8 and you pay $0. If you don't, we charge the monthly price on day 8 and every month until you cancel. Pay 10 months, get 12: $1,290 / $1,990 / $2,970 charged today for 12 months; renews yearly at the same price unless you cancel, and we remind you 30 days before.

The free days belong to those three plans and to no other. Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads start when you pay and have no free days: the free website is the way to try us first.

Once you start one of those three plans, we build the rest of your pages and connect your domain. Your domain stays in your name (section 10).

The free website: nothing to pay

The free website costs nothing and does not need a card. What it is, and what it is not, is under "The free website" in section 3. The paid plans are in section 3 too, and each one shows its price before you pay.

3. The plans

The free website

These are the rules of the free website as it is given in the free website round, which is described below. "After the round" says what changes when the round has closed.

• Five pages, built before the call. Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact. We build them from your logo, your photos, your Google business listing and your answers in the Studio, and we show you the website on your call. If we have not finished before the call, we show you what we have and finish it after.
• Real reviews, your own photos, nothing invented. The Reviews page shows only real reviews from your Google or Facebook listing, unedited, with the reviewer's first name and where the review comes from. If we find none, it shows a "Leave us a review" button, not made-up reviews, and we do not show a star rating or a review count that is not yours. The photos are yours or come from your listing: we do not show stock or AI-made images as your work, your team, your truck or your shop. We do not invent years in business, licences, awards or customer counts. If you see anything on your website that is not true or not yours, tell us at help@abcsites.ai and we take it down.
• On your own domain, after the call. After the call we put your website on your own domain. On the free website we do it within 1 business day once we have the access we ask for; on a paid plan we aim to do it the same day, and in any case within 1 business day of having that access. A business day is Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Something only you or your registrar can do, such as confirming a verification email or unlocking the domain, pauses that time until it is done. If you have no domain, your website stays on a web address that we provide and choose, and we may change it. We never hold your domain and we never ask for a password (section 10).
• A small link stays. The free website carries a small "Built by abcsites.ai" link at the bottom, which goes to abcsites.ai. We call it the badge. We do not remove the badge on the free website, and you agree not to remove, hide or cover it. Every paid plan takes the badge off.
• 3 changes a month, by email. You can ask us for 3 changes a month to your free website by emailing help@abcsites.ai. A person makes them, as quickly as we can, and we do not promise how fast. A change is one edit you ask for, such as a new phone number or a different photo; a redesign or a new page is not a change. Each change you ask for counts as one. The month is the calendar month in US Eastern time, and changes you do not use do not carry over to the next month. Changes asked for by text or by phone are not part of the free website. The free website is not on the 1-hour clock in section 5 and carries no credit, because it has no price to credit.
• One free website per business. You can have one free website for each Google business listing and one for each phone number.
• Private until the call. A preview or a full website we build before a call is private: it is not listed on any public page of ours, only people who have its link can open it, and we ask search engines not to list it. We hold it for at least 14 days from the day we first offer you a call time. After that we may archive it, or delete it, unless you have gone ahead with it. Archiving means we take it off the web and put it aside, and we restore it if you ask and we still have it. A website you go ahead with after the call is not archived. When it goes live on your own domain, search engines may list it.
• We may unpublish it. We may take a live free website off the web, or archive or delete one that never went live, in the four cases below and in the way "Private until the call" above describes, and no others. In the first two cases we give you at least 30 days' notice first, by email or, if you agreed to texts (section 9), by text.
• Case 1: dormant for 12 months. A free website is dormant when, for 12 months in a row, you have not signed in to an account or the Studio (if you have one), you have not asked us for a change, and you have not texted, emailed, called or replied to us. People visiting your website do not count; only you do. Any of those things during the 30 days' notice starts the 12 months again.
• Case 2: we stop offering the free website. If we ever stop offering the free website altogether, we tell you at least 30 days before we take any of them off the web.
• Case 3: no call happens. If you booked a call and it does not happen, your website never goes live: we archive it as described under "Private until the call", and we do not publish it without a call. If you book a call again before it is archived, we use it.
• Case 4: the badge, these terms or the law. If the badge has been removed, hidden or covered, or the website breaks these terms (including section 14), or a court, a public authority or our hosting provider requires us to, we may take it off the web straight away.
• When we unpublish it. Unpublishing takes the website off the web. We will give you your content and your domain either way (section 14), and your domain stays yours.

The free website round

The free website round is open to the first 50 businesses that book, or until Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, whichever comes first. These are the rules of the round:

• One spot per business. We count one spot for each Google business listing. A business with no listing counts by its phone number, and a business with neither counts by its email address.
• What holds a spot. A call that is booked, rescheduled, completed or missed holds a spot. A call you miss (a no-show) keeps its spot.
• A cancel gives the spot back. If you cancel before your call and do not book another time, your spot goes back to the round, as long as the round is still open. Once the round has closed, it does not reopen.
• Website or phone, the same. A booking counts the same whether you made it on our website or by phone with our team.
• Test bookings. A booking that our own team makes to test our systems does not count.
• You keep the deal. If you booked before the round ended, you keep the free website even if your call is after the round ended.
• The counter. The number of spots left that our pages show is a count of bookings, and it is normally updated within about a minute of a booking, but it can be late or wrong. It is a count, not a reservation: a spot is yours when your booking shows, and our own booking record is the count that decides.
• No silent extension. We do not stretch the round. Another free round is a new named round, with its own date and its own number of spots.

After the round

When the round has closed, the free website is your homepage, on a web address that we provide, and you can claim it yourself without a call. The full custom website, with all five pages built for you and put on your own domain, is $497 one time, or free with any paid plan. We show you the price before you pay it. The rules above about the badge, the 3 changes a month, one free website per business, and when we may unpublish it apply to that homepage too.

This does not change the round: whoever booked before it closed keeps the deal above. If you book after the round has closed, and later cancel a paid plan, we promise only what this section says, that your homepage stays on our link. We do not promise more than that.

Site, Business System and Growth System

This table is for the Site, Business System and Growth System plans only.

Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads

• Growth Posting is not Growth System. The two have the same monthly price and different names. Growth System is one of the plans in the table under the heading "Site, Business System and Growth System": its free days are in section 2, and it has no launch fee. Growth Posting is in the table under the heading "Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads": it starts when you pay, and it has a launch fee. We always write each name in full, and nothing here that says "Growth System" applies to Growth Posting, or the other way round.
• Plans start when you pay. Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads start when you pay. Month 1, and the launch fee where one applies, are charged when your plan starts, and the order screen or payment link shows both amounts before you pay.
• On every paid plan. The badge comes off your website, and your website is on your own domain. If you have no domain, we register one in your name, and the first year's registration is included in your plan (section 10).
• Your accounts. To post for you we need access to your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts, through each platform's own permission tools where it has them. We never ask for your passwords. The accounts stay yours. People on our team do the posting, using only the access you give us, and only to post and manage what we post for you. You can take our access away at any time. If you do, or if a platform will not give us the access we need, we cannot post, and a day we cannot post is not a missed day under section 5.
• Ads. Drop & Post + Ads is an upgrade for Drop & Post customers. Meta reviews and can reject ads, and we do not promise results from them (section 13). Your ad budget is paid by you to Meta; we do not charge it to you.
• A limited number of places. We start a limited number of Drop & Post businesses each month, and we take on a limited number of AI Content businesses at a time. If we are full when you ask, we tell you before you pay, and you are not charged. If Drop & Post is full, you can start Growth Posting now, and we move you to Drop & Post when a place opens, with no second launch fee.
• Moving between plans. You can move from Growth Posting to Drop & Post when a Drop & Post place is open. We charge no second launch fee for the move. You have Drop & Post as soon as we confirm the move, and the Drop & Post price is charged from your next renewal: until then you pay the Growth Posting price, and we do not pro-rate a part-month. The move uses a Drop & Post place in the month you make it. Your Growth Posting plan ends on the day the Drop & Post plan starts, so you are never billed for both. You can move from Drop & Post to Drop & Post + Ads the same way, with no launch fee.

The launch fee

Growth Posting and Drop & Post have a one-time launch fee equal to one month of the plan: $297 for Growth Posting and $997 for Drop & Post. It is charged once, when your plan starts, together with month 1. It is for starting your plan; it is not a build fee. We show you the launch fee, and the total you pay today, before you pay.

If you pay for the year when you start (Pay 10 months, get 12: $2,970 for Growth Posting or $9,970 for Drop & Post), there is no launch fee at all. If you start on monthly and switch to yearly later, a launch fee you have already paid is not refunded. AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads have no launch fee, and neither does moving from Growth Posting to Drop & Post or from Drop & Post to Drop & Post + Ads. If you cancel and later start a plan again, the launch fee applies again. Section 8 says when a launch fee is refunded.

If you are already a customer

Your plan stays as it is, at the price you pay now. We do not raise your price while you stay on your plan, and we do not move you to another plan on our own. The free website and the posting plans are additions: they do not change the plan or the price you are on.

We will not bill you for two plans at once. If you choose to move to another plan, your current plan ends on the day the new one starts. If we ever do bill you for both, by mistake, we refund the extra charge.

If we change these terms, we email you about it and say what changed. The new terms apply to you from the date in that email, which is never earlier than the day we send it. If you carry on with your plan after that date, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel (section 7). A change to these terms does not raise the price of your plan. We record which version of these terms you agreed to when you bought.

Changes, and what every plan includes

Changes. If you have an account (the Studio or your portal), you change your site by typing what you want there, and a change you type goes live within 1 hour, day or night. That is guaranteed: section 5 says exactly what it covers and what you get if we miss. If you have no account, you email your change to help@abcsites.ai and a person makes it as quickly as we can: that is how we work, not a guarantee. A bigger job that needs a person goes to your account manager: on Business System most are done within 1 business day, and on Growth System your bigger jobs go first. That is how we work on bigger jobs, not a guarantee. The free website has 3 changes a month, which you ask us for by email, and is not on that clock.

Coming, at no extra cost. Where a plan lists something as coming, it is not part of what you are paying for until it launches, and it does not raise your price when it does.

All plans include the build, hosting, SSL and security. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added where the law requires it.

If you started a plan before 29 September 2026 under its earlier name, it is the same plan at the same price: Launch is now Site, Growth is now Business System, and Partner is now Growth System. We email you about this change, and what, if anything, it changes for you.

4. Paying yearly

For Site, Business System and Growth System: Pay 10 months, get 12: $1,290 for Site, $1,990 for Business System or $2,970 for Growth System, charged the day you choose it, for 12 months. It renews yearly at the same price unless you cancel, and we remind you 30 days before, with the amount and the date. The order screen shows the amount charged and the start and end of your year before you agree. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the screen shows what you pay and when before you agree.

An introductory code applies to a first purchase only, to the one product it names, never to a yearly plan and never alongside another code. We do not discount a plan after you have bought it.

Paying yearly on Growth Posting and Drop & Post

Pay 10 months, get 12 also works on Growth Posting ($2,970) and Drop & Post ($9,970), and when you choose it at the start there is no launch fee. It is charged the day you choose it, for 12 months, renews yearly at the same price unless you cancel, and we remind you 30 days before, with the amount and the date. AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads are monthly only.

5. The guarantees

Changes you type go live within 1 hour

Changes you type go live within 1 hour, day or night. Miss it and that month is on us.

• What it covers. A change you type into your account — in the Studio or your portal — that our system makes on its own: words, photos, colours, your phone number, hours, services, prices and sections of your site. If our system passes a typed change to a person because it could not make it itself, it is still covered: that is our miss, not a bigger job.
• What it does not cover. Bigger jobs a person does: new pages, redesigns, and anything that goes to your account manager as a job rather than as a typed change. On Business System most are done within 1 business day, and on Growth System your bigger jobs go first. There is no guarantee on that work. On Site, the 5 changes a month your plan includes are covered; a change past those 5 is still made, but it is not on the clock.
• Paid plans, and an account to type in. The guarantee is for paid plans, and for changes you type into your account. If you have no account, you email your change to help@abcsites.ai and we make it as quickly as we can, but it is not on the 1-hour clock and carries no credit. The free website has 3 changes a month, which you ask us for by email: we make them as quickly as we can, but they are not on the 1-hour clock and carry no credit, because a free website has no price to credit.
• The clock. It runs from the moment you send the typed change to the moment it is live on your site.
• What you get if we miss. A credit equal to that month's price for your plan (on a yearly plan, one twelfth of the yearly price), applied automatically to your next invoice. You do not have to notice it, ask for it or argue about it. It is one credit per customer per month, however many changes miss in that month. The posting guarantees below use the same credit, so in any one month you get one credit in all, never two.

We post every day on Facebook and Instagram

We post every day on Facebook and Instagram. Miss a day and that month is free.

This is the Growth guarantee. It covers Growth Posting, Drop & Post and Drop & Post + Ads. It does not cover the free website or the AI Content add-on on its own.

• A posted day. A posted day is a calendar day in US Eastern time on which we publish a new post on your Facebook Page and on your Instagram account. A new post is one we publish that day: a reshare of an old post does not count, and neither does a Story. Posting to TikTok and YouTube Shorts is part of Drop & Post, but the guarantee counts Facebook and Instagram.
• When it starts. The guarantee starts with the first full week after your plan starts, and only once your Facebook Page and your Instagram account are connected to us. We send you the steps. Until they are connected we cannot post, and no day is missed.
• Days without photos. On Growth Posting we post from the photos you send us. A day on which you have sent us no photo we can use is not a missed day, and there is no minimum number of photos. If a photo is unusable, for example it will not open or it is not about your business, we tell you and it does not count.
• What is not a missed day. A day is not missed if you had sent us no photo or clip we could use for it; if your Facebook Page or Instagram account was not connected to us, you took away our access, or a platform has restricted, suspended or removed an account; if a platform is down or stops accepting posts for everyone, for reasons outside our control; if we were waiting for something we had asked you for, such as a step on your Page or account that only you can take; if you asked us in writing to skip the day; or if we could not post because what you sent breaks the law or a platform's rules and we told you so.
• What you get if we miss a day. That month is free: a credit equal to that month's price for your plan (on a yearly plan, one twelfth of the yearly price), which a person on our team applies to your next invoice. The month is the calendar month, US Eastern time, in which the day was missed. The credit is for the plan price only: it does not include the launch fee, the AI Content add-on or your ad budget, and it is never more than one month's price. It counts together with the credit for the 1-hour change guarantee above: one credit per customer per month, however many days or changes miss in that month, and not one for each guarantee. A credit is not paid out in cash, but if your plan has ended and there is no next invoice, we refund the credit amount to the card you paid with instead.
• How we count. We count a day from our posting record and the platforms' own post history. If you think we missed a day and no credit has appeared, email us and a person will check it with you.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel any time (section 7). Your website stays up for 90 days when you do, and section 7 says what happens after that.

This is the Drop & Post guarantee. It covers the Drop & Post and Drop & Post + Ads plans. It does not cover the free website, Growth Posting or the AI Content add-on on its own. It sits beside the Growth guarantee above, and a posted day is the same thing in both.

• The week and the clips. A week runs from Monday to Sunday, US Eastern time. A clip is a video you put in your shared folder that we can use. If a clip is unusable, for example it will not play or it is not about your business, we tell you and it does not count. Three usable clips in your folder by 11:59 PM on the Sunday before a week starts are what "Send us 3 clips by Sunday" means for that week. The guarantee starts with the first full week after your plan starts.
• Days without a clip. On days when there is no clip left to post, we post from the photos you have sent us. Those days count as posted days, as long as you have sent us photos we can use.
• What is not a missed day. The carve-outs in the Growth guarantee above apply here too. A day is also not missed if you sent fewer than 3 usable clips by the Sunday before that week.
• What you get if we miss a day. The same credit as above, given the same way: that month is free, one credit per customer per month, however many days or changes miss in that month, and not one for each guarantee.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel Drop & Post any time (section 7). Your website stays up for 90 days when you do, and section 7 says what happens after that.

See it first. Cancel any time.

We build your website before the call and show it to you on the call. If you do not want a plan, say no: you can keep the free website on the terms in section 3, and there is no invoice and nothing to cancel.

You can stay on the free website and you never pay, and we do not ask for a card for it. Choose a paid plan and you can cancel any time: section 7 says how. On Site, Business System and Growth System you pay $0 if you cancel during the free days at the start of your plan; on every plan, after that, nothing further is charged (section 7).

6. Automatic renewal

We treat every customer as a consumer for auto-renewal purposes, whether or not you buy as a business.

• Before you pay, the order screen shows the recurring amount and how often it is charged, in the same type as the price.
• On Site, Business System and Growth System, section 2 says how the free days at the start of a monthly plan work: we remind you 2 days before the first charge, charge the monthly price when the free days end, and charge it again every month until you cancel.
• On Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads your plan starts when you pay. We charge month 1 when your plan starts, together with the launch fee where one applies, and the order screen or payment link shows both amounts before you pay. We then charge the monthly price again every month until you cancel.
• A payment link for these plans opens a page of ours before the Stripe payment page. It shows the plan, the price of each line, what is charged today, that the plan renews monthly (or yearly) until cancelled, how to cancel, and links to these terms and the Privacy Policy. It has two separate boxes, both unticked, and you must tick both: one to agree to these terms, and one to say you understand the plan renews automatically and what is charged today. We keep both, with the version of these terms you agreed to.
• A yearly plan renews once a year at the same price unless you cancel. We remind you at least 30 days before, with the amount and the date, and you can switch to monthly or cancel.
• The free website is never charged and never renews.
• The Stripe payment page repeats the price, that the plan renews until cancelled, how to cancel and where these terms are. After you pay, the confirmation page you land on tells you how to cancel.
• Vermont customers give a separate, affirmative consent to automatic renewal on the order form, in its own checkbox, apart from accepting these terms.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel any time: email help@abcsites.ai or call or text Jake at (248) 535-0718, or tap cancel in your account if you have one. We confirm your cancellation by email or text, with the date it takes effect. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. There is no notice period. A yearly plan renews at the same price unless you cancel, and we remind you at least 30 days before it renews. When a paid plan ends, your website stays up for 90 days, and the Terms, section 7, say what happens after that. On Site, Business System and Growth System, cancel during your 7 free days and you pay $0.

When you cancel, your site stays up for 90 days with an abcsites footer, and you can turn it off or transfer the domain at any time. Your domain stays yours.

Your website and your posting when you cancel

When a paid plan ends, the abcsites footer above, which is the free plan's badge, comes back to your website. The whole site stays up for 90 days, as above, so nothing you had disappears overnight. After the 90 days, if you are entitled to the free website under section 3 (you booked within the free website round, or you have claimed the free homepage), your website carries on as the free website, and the free website's rules in section 3 apply to it. If you are not, we may take your website offline after the 90 days, and we give you your content and your domain either way (section 14).

If you booked after the free website round closed, section 3, "After the round", says what we promise, and it promises no more than your homepage on our link.

Other things that came with your paid plan, such as your own account manager, end when the plan ends. If you cancel Growth Posting or Drop & Post, we stop posting when the month or year you paid for ends. Posts we have already published stay on your accounts.

8. Refunds

We do not pro-rate a part-month or a part-year, and we do not charge you again once you have cancelled. Nothing is charged before you have chosen a plan and agreed to its price. The free website costs nothing. On Site, Business System and Growth System a monthly plan charges nothing during its 7 free days, so there is nothing to refund if you walk away or cancel before day 8. Where a change you type misses the 1-hour change guarantee, we credit the plan price for that month to your next invoice automatically; where we miss a posting day, a person on our team credits the plan price for that month to your next invoice (Terms, section 5). Plans that start when you pay, and the launch fee, are covered below: a launch fee and month 1 are not refunded once your plan has started, and if we cannot start your plan we refund everything we charged you for it.

Plans that start when you pay, and the launch fee

Growth Posting, Drop & Post, AI Content and Drop & Post + Ads start when you pay. Month 1, and the launch fee where there is one, are charged when your plan starts. A launch fee is not refunded once it has been charged and your plan has started. If we cannot start your plan at all, for example because we are full or cannot post to your accounts, we refund everything we charged you for it, the launch fee and month 1 included. Month 1 of these plans is not refunded once the plan has started: like every month, it is not pro-rated. When a posting day is missed, or a typed change misses its hour, the credit in section 5 is how that month is put right.

9. Text messages

We text you only if you agree to it. The consent line beside the phone number box says:

"We'll text you your link and updates about your site and plans. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent isn't required to buy. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help."

It covers texts about your link and your site, and texts about our plans. It is never pre-ticked or assumed, and agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Reply HELP and a person answers.

The texts we send after you book come from one number, (248) 535-0718, and are signed by Jake or Aiden. If you text us first, we may answer from the number you texted. If you agreed to texts only on a call, we text you about that booking and your website, and never marketing.

Reply STOP at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we stop texting you and stop emailing you: we apply it to both, so you only have to say it once. The one exception is the emails a paying customer needs about their payments, their plan and their domain, which we may still send.

Before 29 September 2026 our forms showed different words. We keep the exact words each person agreed to, and send only the texts those words cover (Privacy Policy, sections 4 and 5).

10. Your domain is yours

A domain we register for you is registered in your name, not ours. If you leave, you leave with it. See the Domain Promise, which forms part of these terms.

On the free website we put your site on a domain you already own. We never hold it, and we never ask for a password: you either give us delegate access at your registrar, or you add two DNS records that we send you. On a paid plan, if you have no domain, we register one for you in your name for a year, and that first year is included in your plan; renewal after that is at the registrar's price, with no markup from us. Before we register it we tell you the domain name and which registrar we are using, and we wait for your go-ahead. The registrar's own rules apply to it, for example an email you must confirm in the time it gives you, or the registrar may suspend the domain. The same promise applies to every domain: it stays yours.

11. What we need from you

• That you have the right to the photos, logos, text and reviews you give us, and to let us publish them on your site.
• That what you ask us to publish is true. We build your website from what you send us (your logo, your photos and your answers in the Studio) and from what is public about your business, such as its Google listing. We cannot verify claims about your work, licensing or credentials, and we do not publish claims you have not given us.
• Someone we can reach for approvals.

Clips and photos you send us

You keep ownership of every clip and photo you send us. You give us permission to store them, and to edit, cut, caption, resize and add music, graphics and text to them, and to publish the results on your website and on the accounts we post to for you. You give us that permission free of charge, for as long as you are our customer. It covers the people we work with to do this and the AI tools in section 12. It does not let us use your clips or photos to advertise ourselves.

You confirm that you own every clip and photo you send us, or that you have the right to give us the permission above. That includes the music in them, and the right to show anyone who can be recognised in them. You are responsible for getting the consent of people in your clips where the law requires it.

When your plan ends, we stop using your clips and photos for new posts. Posts we have already published stay on your accounts, and you can ask us to take them down from any account we post to for you. We delete your clips and photos from our systems within 30 days of the day you ask us to (Privacy Policy, section 8). Copies in our backups can remain until they roll off, and copies that a platform keeps are not ours to delete.

12. How the site gets built

Parts of your site — draft copy, images, layout — are produced with the help of artificial intelligence, and reviewed before anything goes live. Content you give us is processed by third-party AI providers for that purpose. See the Privacy Policy.

AI videos are labelled as AI

Videos in the AI Content add-on, such as your cartoon mascot, tips videos and your public Google reviews on screen, are made with AI. We label every one of them as AI-made, with the platform's own AI label where the platform has one and in the caption where it does not. We never present an AI video as real footage of your work, your team or your customers, and we never make up a review.

Tools that help us edit your clips, such as for captions and cuts, may also use AI. Section 11 says what we may do with your clips.

13. What we are responsible for

We keep your site up, patched and backed up, and we fix what we break. We do not promise how many customers call you, how much you sell, or where you rank on Google. We do not promise how many people see, like or follow your posts or your ads. The platforms we post to set their own rules and can remove a post or restrict an account, and we are not responsible for what they decide. We do promise the guarantees in section 5, and they pay out when we fall short. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

14. Ending it from our side

We may end the plan if an invoice goes unpaid after we have asked twice, or if we are asked to publish something unlawful or deliberately untrue. We will give you your content and your domain either way. How we may unpublish a free website is under "The free website" in section 3.

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.
