The domain promise

abcsites.ai · Effective 19 September 2026

Most people have been burned here, usually by an agency that registered the domain in its own name and became impossible to leave. So this is written down.

The rule

Your domain is registered in your name. You are the owner on the registration record. We hold access to manage it for you; we do not hold ownership of it.

Three situations

You already own it, at a registrar that supports delegated access. You approve us with about three clicks. We never ask for your registrar password.

You already own it, at a registrar with no delegation. You paste two values we send you, or you point the domain at us. Roughly five minutes, and we send the exact steps for your specific registrar — never generic DNS advice.

You do not own one yet — we buy it for you. We suggest three names, you pick one, and we register it in your name for a year. There is no markup.

The one restriction, and it is not ours

A newly registered domain cannot be transferred to another registrar for 60 days. That is an ICANN rule that applies to everyone. It does not stop you leaving — you can point the domain wherever you like immediately, and you can move the registration once the 60 days are up.

If you leave

You take it. We unlock it, hand you the authorisation code, and point it wherever you say. We do not hold a site or a domain hostage over a final invoice.

What we will never do

  • Register your domain in our name
  • Ask for your registrar password
  • Charge you to release your own domain

How to hold us to this

Email help@abcsites.ai. Ask for the authorisation code and where to point the domain, and we will do it — no notice period, no exit fee, no conversation about why you are leaving.

If you ever find the domain registered anywhere other than in your name, tell us at that address and we will move it into your control at our cost.
